Outline of the role:
This is an opportunity to work on one of the most exciting accounts in the industry. Warner Bros. are a globally renown entertainment company, infamous for their fantastic properties such as the Harry Potter Wizarding World and also DC.
Within this role you will work with the digital team, providing assistance of administration across the whole Warner Bros business. You will use your skills of organisation and efficiency, along with a keen eye for detail, to make sure the account runs as smoothly as possible.
What you’ll be doing:
Helping the team with the financial process, including reconciliation and invoicing of campaigns.
Liaise with the Finance team to ensure all invoices are being paid on time.
Pulling templates together for presentations and plans.
Create bookings for campaigns in order to guarantee campaigns go live on time.
Get asset specifications from publishers and share with creative agencies to help build creatives.
Liaise with team members to arrange meetings.
What you’ll bring to the role:
You will demonstrate a passion for the media industry
Experience within Microsoft Excel is essential
Proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Word & Powerpoint
You’ll be energetic, enthusiastic, determined and proactive
A respect for others’ point of view
You’ll possess excellent communication skills and work well within a team
Excellent organisational skills to manage workflow across multiple people and divisions
Attention to detail is imperative so that all work is accurate
Ability to manage multiple tasks
