We are moving into a new creative era. One that can seem complex and daunting but one that is going to completely change the way we target and speak to our audiences. Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Augmented Reality (AR) is here and already being used by some pioneering adlanders and marketers.

The IPA Digital Performance Certificate - End of 2018
The IPA Digital Performance Certificate will be a best practice guide in digital performance, marketing, strategic planning and client management. The learning modules will cover making the case for performance marketing channels, taking a client brief, audience planning, setting objectives, PPC, Display, SEO, Affiliates, reporting and analysis, managing channels, time and clients.
The qualification will launch at the end of 2018 and will be for Foundation Level delegates.

2018 President's Reception
At the 2018 President's Reception Sarah delivered her speech to adland, looking forward to the next couple of years with a keen optimism that includes welcoming AI into the fold for the benefit of the whole industry both individually and collectively. Campaign blog column
In a quarterly blog column in Campaign, Sarah updates the industry on how her learning is progressing and gives insight into what she's learned.
